However, if your acquisition does not meet your expectations, we offer a strict but transparent return policy designed to protect the integrity of our timepieces and your investment.
- The 14-Day Evaluation Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. We encourage you to inspect your timepiece carefully upon arrival. - Strict Conditions for Return
To maintain the flawless condition of our luxury timepieces, a return will only be accepted if it meets the following uncompromising standards:
Unworn & Unaltered: The timepiece must remain completely unworn. Any signs of wear, micro-scratches, or alterations (including resizing the bracelet or removing links) will immediately void the return policy.
Intact Protective Films & Tags: All factory protective stickers, transparent films, and THE NOBLE ERA security tags must remain fully intact and unremoved.
Complete Packaging: The watch must be returned with its original presentation box, outer packaging, warranty cards, manuals, hangtags, and authenticity certificates. Missing accessories will result in the rejection of the return.
- Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sourced or special-ordered timepieces requested specifically by you.
Personalized, engraved, or customized watches.
Timepieces purchased via cryptocurrency (due to market volatility, these are exchange-only, subject to approval).
- The Secure Return Process
Do not independently ship the watch back to us. To ensure the highest level of security, all returns must be orchestrated through our Concierge Team:
Initiate the Request: Contact our team at [wze200410@outlook.com] or WhatsApp [ (+44) 7933922796] within 14 days of receipt.
Authorization: Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Collection: We will arrange a fully insured, premium courier service (e.g., FedEx Priority, Malca-Amit) to collect the timepiece directly from your location.
- Inspection and Refunds
Upon receiving the returned timepiece, our Master Watchmakers will conduct a rigorous inspection under magnification and verify the serial numbers.
If the watch passes inspection, a full refund (minus shipping and insurance costs) will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
If the watch fails inspection (shows wear, missing tags, etc.), it will be securely shipped back to you at your expense.
